Investment Strategies
South Africa
Value orientated long/short portfolios investing predominantly in South African equities and includes an allocation to global emerging markets. This strategy is available in a Qualified Investor Hedge Fund as well as a Daily Traded Retail Hedge Fund.
The SA Equity Long Only Strategy can be accessed through a segregated portfolio or Collective Investment Scheme.
Africa strategy
The Steyn Capital Africa Strategy is licenced by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, and is not regulated by the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority, and is not marketed to South African Investors.
Frontier strategy
The Steyn Capital Frontier Strategy is registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, and is not regulated by the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority, and is not marketed to South African Investors.
Global emerging markets
Value orientated long-only portfolio investing in listed equities in Global Emerging Markets. The strategy is section 65 approved for South African investors.
